In order to offer you the best prices together with a great delivery service, Face2Face has entered into a partnership with FedEx International.

Thanks to this partnership, we are able to offer you very competitive prices wherever you are located in the world.

For all orders under 45 kg we use FedEx as our international carrier, (unless requested otherwise from your part).You will be given a quote prior to the shipment.

For orders above 45kgs, we will give you two quotes, the first one from FedEx, and the second one from a different International Freight Forwarder, using cargo rates.

Face2Face sales contract is F.O.B Denpasar Bali, therefore we are not responsible for the goods during their transportation. Nonetheless Insurance will be automatically included in your transportation quote.
